Cancellation Conditions
We only accept cancellations in writing by post, fax or email.
We are not contractually bound by telephone cancellations.

Cancellation earlier than 30 days before arrival
= free of charge -
Cancellation later than 30 days before arrival and earlier than 7 days before arrival
= Cancellation fee is 40% of total amout

Cancellation later than 7 days before arrival and earlier than 3 days before arrival
= Cancellation fee is 75% of total amout

= Cancellation fee is 100% of total amout
